Saccidananda Srila Bhaktivinoda Thakura appeared in 1838 in a wealthy family of Nadia district, West Bengal. He revealed that it is an eternal associate of Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu for his extraordinary preaching activities and prolific writings. Living as a Vaishnava mahabhagavata grihasta remained in the ashram until a few years before the end of his life. Then gave up everything, babaji accepted and entered samadhi, totally absorbed in the loving service of Gaura-Gadadhara and Radha-Madhava.
